You'll find miles of white sand beach, from the small coves of Playa Troncones in the south to Play Manzanillo in the north. The coastline of the Troncones area is a world famous surfing destination. La Salidita, Playa Majahua, and Playa Manzanillo are just a few of the local surf spots. Swimming is possible as well, though careful attention must be paid to the waves and currents. There are several tidal pools to relax and cool off in. Our resort also includes a private, luxurious swimming pool for our guests. The pool is located between the resort and the beach for easy access.
The beach in front of Hotel Troncones is Playa Troncones. It runs north and south over 7 kilometers of unspoiled and uninterrupted coastline. You can often see whales and dolphins swimming and jumping along the coast. Endangered sea turtles frequent the beaches to lay their eggs in the warm sand. Family-run restaurants, guest inns, and a few private homes are interspersed among the natural beauty of this beach.
